Meet Alice Webb
Pyschiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Hi, I’m Alice Webb. I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the owner of this practice. You may see the word “we”—I work with a local billing team and occasional office help to support your care.
I’ve been a nurse since 2002, with experience in NICU, school nursing, surgery, ICU, long-term care, eating disorder treatment, hospice, nursing education, home health, and inpatient psychiatry. I’ve lived and worked in Tucson since 1997.
My interest in psychiatry comes from curiosity about the mind-body connection and my own mental health experiences. In my career, I’ve seen integrative approaches in hospice and eating disorder care promote healing for both body and mind. As a nurse it has been an honor to be present in life’s most vulnerable moments. My gift is helping patients and families navigate the “in-between” phases of life with comfort and support. My personal philosophy? I take my ADHD stimulant every morning and practice Tai Chi next to my favorite tree—I want to help you find your own effective “combos” for wellbeing.
Outside work, I enjoy baking, yin yoga, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Arizona’s natural beauty. I will never tire of wildflowers, encountering a gila monster or the first hint of monsoon clouds on the horizon. I also love a good dad joke or Twilight meme.
